After purchasing your package, please upload your document with the following information.

• Provide your full name, email address, paper directions and day you need it completed by.
• Submit your documents as a Microsoft Word document or google docs. NOT A PDF
• Turnaround time is typically 3 - 6 business days, but it may vary depending on the number of submissions.
• To ensure timely delivery, please upload all papers, samples, or assignments 3 - 6 days before the required date.
• If you submit the sample within 1 - 3 days of the deadline, a $250 rush fee will be added to the total. Kindly include this fee before checkout. Failure to do so or not specifying the needed date your paper will be delivered within 3 - 6 business days.
• If you have multiple writing samples that require a 1-2 day turnaround, ensure you add the appropriate amount of rush fees for each paper.
• Purchase the correct quantity of editing services based on the number of writing samples.
• Choose the appropriate service that matches your sample for editing and strictly adhere to the specified word count guidelines.
• Contact us at info@rushelllashay.co or via Shopify chat within 24 hours if any issues arise with your submission.
• Opt-in to receive email notifications for edited writing samples.
• For "create my resume" option, complete the provided worksheet within the given time frame (you will be able to download this sheet at checkout so wait a few minutes before refreshing or leaving the checkout page). 
• If your resume is more than 5 years old, choose the "create my resume" option.
• For "resume description update," only five resume descriptions will be updated.
